A day of "BESTS" and a day of "FIRSTS"! Cooper had a personal BEST in the 5k, he ran a 21:30. That's 3 minutes faster than his best time, and he finished FIRST in his group. Carter rode in his FIRST bike Time Trial. It was an 18 mile race, that he completed in 1:04:00, and took FIRST in his age group (12-14) Congrats Team C Kids!
